Beware of Fraudulent Calls, Messages, and Payment Requests
www.arenasport.in is the only official arena® website in India . The Website is operated bySportiff India Private Limited (“SIPL”), the sole and exclusive authorised distributor in India for arena® branded swimwear, racing suits, jammers, training gear, and equipment, appointed by arena S.p.A., Italy.
Any other website, social-media handle, marketplace listing, reseller, dealer, or individual claiming to be an “official” arena® channel in India is not authorised by arena S.p.A. or by SIPL. Authenticity of products, warranty support, after-sales service, and refunds can be assured only for purchases made on www.arenasport.in or from SIPL’s authorised retail channels.
You can independently verify that SIPL is the authorised distributor for arena® in India by visiting arena’s official global corporate website and reviewing the published list of worldwide official distributors:

Under the “ASIA → INDIA” section of that page, arena S.p.A. lists “SPORTIFF INDIA PVT. LTD., 76 Mirza Ghalib Marg, Clare Road, Byculla, 400 008 Mumbai – Maharashtra | INDIA” as its official distributor for India. This is the same entity that operates www.arenasport.in.
It has come to our attention that certain miscreants are impersonating staff of SIPL and contacting our customers under false pretences. Such miscreants typically misrepresent that the customer’s arena® order will be cancelled unless an immediate payment is made through a QR code or other unofficial channel shared by them, and in some cases threaten urgent action such as cancellation, blocking of refund, or non-delivery of orders.
We urge all our customers to remain vigilant . SIPL will never contact you to demand payment outside the official arenasport.in checkout and authorised payment gateways.
All legitimate transactions are processed only through our official website www.arenasport.in using authorised, RBI-regulated payment gateways. Refunds, where applicable, are credited only to the original payment instrument used for the order — not via QR code, UPI collect, or any external link.
Ignore and disconnect any suspicious call demanding payment, OTPs, or personal information — even if the caller appears to know your name, order number, or address.
We have initiated, and will continue to initiate, appropriate legal and law-enforcement action against persons who attempt to deceive our customers, including by way of complaints to the police and reporting to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal.
